Full venue capacity is 100 people. If only the main areas (Lyndon Hall and the Buffet Room) are reserved, the capacity is 60 people.

When you book at Lake Ida Events for an 8-hour day, you gain access to Lyndon Hall, Buffet Room, Foyer, Large Deck, Art Studio, and Banquet Space. Please note, the Kitchen is not included in venue rentals.

Additional features also include a photo display area, and a signage easel, all tables and chairs needed, vintage wooden buffet tables, fresh greenery, art displays, bluetooth speaker system, WiFI, holiday decor, serving folding tray, wooden high chairs, 12 ft table & 12 chairs, large wooden podium, and a drink bar.

~30 spaces are available with overflow parking on Mayflower Court, which is directly across from our location. Do not park in the grass around the building.

Absolutely, outside catering is welcome. At this time, we do not offer in-house catering, though it will be offered in the near future.

The lake is privately owned, and no fishing is permitted. You can of course enjoy the view and watch the fish.
