Includes:

• Access to the following areas:

  • Large foyer to greet guests

  • Lyndon Hall

  • Buffet Room

  • 130’ Deck Overlooking the Lake

  • Kitchen not included

• Minimum 3-hour rental Sunday-Wednesday; minimum 4-hour rental Thursday-Saturday

• Venue is available for rent between the hours of 8am-Midnight

• Indoor tables and chairs for up to 60 guests

• Outdoor seating and covered porch

• Tablecloths, outdoor heaters, and additional decor items available for additional charge

• Additional event spaces can be included for an extra charge, to include the Art Studio and the banquet space (including rolling beverage cooler & ice).

Recommend event times:

• Wedding Receptions: 6 to 8 hours

• Rehearsal Dinners: 4 to 6 hours
